About our name

I am a lifelong animal lover and have had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. While my journey with Dobermans is newer, my love for the breed runs deep. After welcoming our first Doberman into our family, I quickly fell completely head over heels in love. Their intelligence, loyalty, sensitivity, and deep connection to their people is something truly special, and it is what inspired me to pursue breeding with intention and care.

Little Dragon Dobermans is a small, home based program. Our dogs are raised in our home alongside our family, other dogs, and children of all ages. We have a dedicated whelping and puppy room inside our home, allowing our puppies to be raised in a clean, structured, and loving environment from the very beginning. They grow up experiencing everyday household life, sounds, handling, and interaction, which helps build confident and well adjusted dogs.

Breeding has always been a lifelong passion of mine. My goal is to bring Dobermans into the world the right way, raised with purpose, respect, and love. I want to place puppies into homes where they are valued as family members and where owners truly understand and appreciate the breed. Dobermans are incredibly versatile dogs. They are happy running miles alongside their people or relaxing on the couch. What matters most to them is being with their humans, and that bond is something I strive to preserve in every puppy I raise.

Temperament is one of the most important foundations of my program. I value stable, confident, family oriented dogs with sound minds and willing hearts. Health is equally important. All of our dogs are fully health tested, including advanced cardiac testing, hips, elbows, von Willebrand’s disease, thyroid, eyes, and all recommended breed specific OFA testing.

Our puppy raising approach is something I am especially proud of. Puppies are raised using early neurological stimulation and Puppy Culture principles, with a strong focus on early socialization, confidence building, and positive experiences. They are handled daily and exposed to a variety of environments, people, children, and dogs before going to their new homes.

Support does not end when a puppy leaves my home. I am always available to my puppy families for questions, guidance, or support at any stage of their dog’s life. Puppies go home with a detailed information and training packet to help set them up for success. Any puppy from us will always have a place back with me if life circumstances ever change, any age with no questions asked. Puppies are microchipped before leaving, and I take full responsibility for every dog I bring into this world. Dogs from my program will never end up in a shelter. That is non negotiable.
